New traffic law involving school buses impacts drivers during morning and evening commutes

As students head back to class this month and buses are back on the roads in many places, drivers need to be aware of a change to state law requiring vehicles to stop on a four-lane road for buses if the road has no raised concrete median, grass median or some other divider.
