Rev. Earl D. Stanfill

Rev. Earl D. Stanfill, age 85, of River Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Monday, August 22, 2022 at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on August 13, 1937 to the late Shird Stanfill and the late Arinth (Martin) Stanfill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joie Ann Hurst; daughter, Deloris Ann Woods; son, Michael Allen Stanfill; brothers, Tommy Stanfill, Stanley Stanfill; and sisters, Evelyn Justice, Polly Bowman, Velma Cox, and Shirley Justice.
He is survived by his daughters, Margie Corrine Blackburn and Hallie Jane Lawson (Rev. Mark) both of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his sons, Earl Thomas Stanfill (Penny) of Williamsburg and Rev. Charles Ray Stanfill (Patricia) of Glasgow, Kentucky; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; three brothers, Billy Joe Stanfill of Indiana, Freddie Wayne Stanfill of Kentucky, and Roger Damon Stanfill of Michigan; sister, Donna Mae Kennedy (Larry) of Tennessee and Sarah Mae Hurst of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
He was a member of the Kentucky Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Earl Donald Stanfill preached in several churches in the Jellico and Whitley County area.
Visitation will be 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 25, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Service will be at 3:30 PM on Friday, August 26, at the Croley Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Moses and Rev. Vernon Jones officiating.
He will be laid to rest in the Perkins Cemetery in Hoot Owl Hollow.
