Three men were arrested on charges that they gave alcohol and cocaine to two underage girls at a Corbin area hotel.
Michael Isaiah Jaramillo, 20, Daniel Edward Olivarez, 25, and Alberto Adlay Quintanilla-Lara, 20 allegedly witnessed and participated in the consumption of the drugs with the two girls.
The girls told the men that they were 18 and 19-years-old, but were actually only 15 and 16-years-old. The 16-year-old claimed that she told Jaramillo her actual age later on.
All three men are facing charges of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor under 16 and first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor under 18.
Quintanilla-Lara is also facing immigration detainer.
“An immigration detainer is a tool used by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials when the agency identifies potentially deportable individuals who are held in jails or prisons nationwide. Typically, detainers are issued by an authorized immigration official or local police officer designated to act as an immigration official under section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA),” according to the American Immigration Council.
All three men are being held in the Laurel County Detention Center on $25,000 cash bonds.
