The North Laurel Lady Jaguars advanced to the second-round of the 13th Region Girl’s Basketball Tournament with a 73-46 win over the Pineville Lady Lions Monday night at THE ARENA in Corbin.
The Lady Jaguars were led by Cheyenne Madden with 22 points. Madden hit on 8-of-14 from the field and was 6-of-10 from the free throw line.
Tamara Crawford added 13 points while Ashley Woolum scored 12 points in the lopsided win.
Chelsey Smith led all scorers in the game with 23 points. Smith hit 6-of-15 from the field and was three-for-seven from 3-point range.
