Etta L. Martin, 91, of Lily passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at Kentucky One Health in London.
Born April 14, 1926, in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Edna Barker. She had a strong dedication to the Lord, her family, friends, and other loved ones.
In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Edd Martin and her brother, Eugene “Art” Barker.
She leaves behind a son, Edward Martin and wife Bertie of Lily; two grandsons: Justin Martin, of Hattiesburg, MS, and Tommy Martin of Bowling Green, KY; two step-grandchildren: Donnie Hale of Corbin and Doug Hale (Pam) of Cincinnati, OH; two great-grandchildren: Taylor Hale of Corbin and Brittany Martin of London, as well as nieces and nephews, and many friends, all who loved her.
Funeral services were held Sunday, August 27, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Gilbert officiating.
Burial followed in Hopewell Cemetery.
