Joe C. Surber, 69, passed away Monday January 29, 2018 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico, TN.
Joe is preceded in death by parents, Raymond (R.C.) and Shirley Freeman Surber, brother, Gary Surber, nephews, Gary and Brian Surber.
Joe is survived by his daughter; Sara Lee (Joshua); brother, Raymond Surber (Annette); sister, Sue Evans (Alvin); grandchildren, Jace, Jonah and Sadie Lee; nieces and nephews, Cortney Evans, Amber Brackley, Shannan Earls, Raymond Surber II, Eli Surber and Jagger Evans; sister-in-law, Patsy Surber, step-son, Todd Smith (Donna). Special family member, Shirley Blanton Surber and many special friends and other family to mourn his passing.
The funeral service was held Wednesday January 31, at the Llewellyn Funeral Home Chapel in Jellico, TN with the Rev. Frances Dople Jr. and Rev. Mike Sutton officiating.
Interment was held Thursday February 1, in the Surber Cemetery Williamsburg.
The Llewellyn Funeral Home was honored to serve the Surber family.
