Linda Mills Harris, 75, of Barbourville, passed away Saturday afternoon, August 30, 2025 at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born October 2, 1949 in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of the late Ples and Mollie Smith Mills. Linda was a former Head Start teacher. In earlier years, she attended with her children the Heidrick Holiness Church and later became a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church. Linda appreciated the simple things in life.
