James “Jimbo” Thomas Carr, Jr., age 60, of Caryville, TN passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at his home. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Ann (Whitaker) Carr. Graveside service was Monday, December 16 in the Jacksboro Cemetery. Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
