Little ghosts and goblins will have two chances to trick or treat in Corbin on Halloween. Downtown trick or treating on Main Street will take place from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 31, while residential trick or treating will take place from 6 – 8 p.m. Corbin Downtown Manager Jacob Roan thanked the Corbin JROTC for helping get fall decorations out in time for the recent Octoberfest celebration, and he thanked Shae Hensley and Jason Matthews for taking care of fine details and making sure that the decorations were just right. “I have heard good things.
