Velma K. Partin, beloved daughter, sister, and friend, was born on February 5, 1960, to William Nathan Cupp and Trula Partin.
She peacefully went to be with her Lord on November 2, 2025, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky.
Velma was preceded in death by her dear parents, William and Trula.
She leaves behind several brothers and sisters, as well as a host of other treasured family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
